Ground Pork Stir Fry
Ingredients:
-1 pound ground pork
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 green pepper, diced
-1 red pepper, diced
-1 cup mushrooms, sliced
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup hoisin sauce
-1 tablespoon rice vinegar
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-3 tablespoons cornstarch
-3 tablespoons water
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork until browned. Drain any excess fat and remove from the skillet.
To the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger, black pepper, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Add this to the stir fry and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Serve over rice or noodles.

Ingredients:
-1 pound ground pork
-1/4 cup bread crumbs
-1 egg, beaten
-1/4 cup BBQ sauce
-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. Form into 4 burgers.
Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until the pork is cooked through.
Serve on a bun with your favorite burger toppings.

-1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
-1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions:
In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork until browned. Drain any excess fat and remove from the pot.
To the same pot, add the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, potato, diced tomatoes with their juice, kidney beans, oregano, black pepper, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
